Personal

Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, I have over 5 years of professional experience in urban development. Before joining the Global Sanitation Fund, I worked at UN-Habitat, supporting the implementation of neighborhood improvement projects in West African countries, and for the São Paulo State Government in Brazil as an International Cooperation Advisor. I hold a bachelor's degree in International Relations and a Master's degree in Development Studies. My Master's research focused on community participation in the PAC-Slum Upgrading programme in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I’m passionate about development projects that can empower communities living in poor neighborhoods and improve their access to housing and basic services.
