This platform aims to be a resource for experts and anyone who wants to learn more about integrated urban governance. It showcases projects from Metropolis member cities - some of the largest cities in the world - and others. You can:

  • find and contact city experts worldwide after creating your own expert profile,
  • upload good practice projects from your city following your registration

02.05.16 | "CITIES AS ACTORS" WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS INTERCITY LEARNING TOOLS

The Policy Transfer Platform (PTP) will be presented as an innovative learning tool to a group of 40 international experts and city representatives as part of the "Cities as Actors" workshop taking place in Berlin from 2-4 May. Participants will discuss ahead of Habitat III ways in which cities can best translate the general aims of the New Urban Agenda into meaningful practice. The three-day forum is organised by Metropolis, the Senate Department for Urban Development and the Environment, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung and the Technische Universität Berlin. 21.04.16 | NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH CONNECTIVE CITIES

We have partnered up with the German-based Connective Cities platform and included 13 case new studies from Germany, Bolivia, Egypt, Myanmar, Colombia, South Africa, Brazil and India.
